El
pasado sábado 12 de Diciembre de 2009, en la localidad de Agüimes en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (España), en un espléndido día de un
agonizante Otoño, se concentro una buena parte de la
afición de la raza canina American Pit Bull Terrier (APBT), para celebrar el espectacular Campeonato de Europa de MarathonPit.
Varios medios de comunicación de
prensa, radio y Televisión (Canarias TV, Antena3 TV, etc.), también
cubrieron la noticia, realizando entrevistas y grabando el evento para la
emisión del Tri-Campeonato.
The saturday, 2009 the
12th of December, a good number of people fans of the breed dog American Pit Bull Terrier (APBT) gathered together in Agüimes in Las
Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain), in order to celebrate the spectacular Marathonpit
Championship of Europe in a wonderful day of a dying Autumn. Several mass media of news papers, radio, and Television (The Canary
Islands TV, Antena3 TV, etc.), also covered the event, realising interviews and
recording it for the Tri.Championship emission.

El
Tri-Campeonato, ha sido organizado por la Federación Internacional
del American Pit Bull Terrier (FIAPBT) y la Asociación Canaria del American Pit Bull Terrier (ACAPBT).
The Tri-Championship, has
been organized by the International American Pit Bull Terrier Federation (FIAPBT) and
the Canary Association American Pit Bull Terrier (ACAPBT).
Equipo número 1, en el Previo calentamiento antes de la salida. Team number 1, warm-up

Este circuito esta considerado por los
expertos, como un circuito duro e interesante. Es un circuito precioso para
disfrutarlo corriendo junto con nuestro compañero APBT.
It´s
considered by the experts as an hard and interesting
circuit. It is a precious circuit for enjoy it running it with our friend APBT.
El publico asistente, comienzan a
posicionarse para no perderse el más mínimo detalle de la salida del Tri-Campeonato.
The
assistant public, begin to take position for not to lose none detail in the
Tri-Championship start.

de los equipos participantes, empiezan a tomar posiciones de salida. Some runners teams, begin to take
starts positions.
Cada corredor compite ayudado
de su compañero APBT, el cual provisto de un arnés corre y tira del corredor
(tipo perro de trineo) a través de una línea de tiro (cuerda elástica), que le
une al corredor enganchada esta desde su arnés hasta un cinturón especial que
lleva puesto el corredor y ambos, deben tener una compenetración bien definida
para intentar conseguir un buen resultado en la carrera. Hay que decir, que el
principal objetivo de este tipo de carreras, es el de disfrutar con tu
compañero canino, del buen ambiente saludable que se genera alrededor de este
tipo de competiciones, te rodeas de personas deportistas y amantes de los
derechos de los animales, haces nuevos amigos, te reencuentras con los viejos
amigos, etc.
Each runner competes helped by his APBT partner, that is provided with a harness to run and pull of
the runner (like a sleigh dog). Both, the dog and runner must understand each
other in order to work well together and get a good result in the race. It is
necessary to say, that the main objective of this type of races is to
enjoy with your canine partner of the nice atmosphere that it is created,
where you are part of a group of sporty people who love animals. In this way,
you can make new friends and you meet again with the old friends. etc.

las 11.30 h, se dio el pistoletazo de salida para afrontar tres duros
Kilómetros para una buena cantidad de equipos corredores. Durante toda la
carrera estuvo muy disputada la primera posición.
At
11.30 h started the race with three hard kilometres for a good number of runners teams. During all the race,
the first place was hardly competed.
El Campeonato de Canarias, solo
tendrán opción a conquistarlo los equipos participantes residentes en Canarias.
El Campeonato de España, solo
tendrán opción a conquistarlo los equipos participantes residentes en España.
El equipo que consiga alzarse con la victoria de este Campeonato, se añadirá junto
al nombre del APBT, su correspondiente y merecido CH de
Champion o Campeón de España en la base de
datos genealógico de la FIAPBT.
El Campeonato
de Europa tendrá opción a conquistarlo, todos los equipos
participantes del Tri-Campeonato. El equipo que
consiga alzarse con la victoria de este Campeonato, se añadirá junto al nombre
del APBT, su correspondiente y merecido CH de Champion o Campeón de Europa en la base de datos genealógico de la FIAPBT.

fotografía, podemos observar la línea de tiro (la cuerda elástica que une al
APBT con el corredor) totalmente tensa. La manera de trabajar de “Piche”, es tirando constantemente de
Juan Miguel para ayudarle a correr más deprisa. Esto requiere de un gran
desgaste físico y psíquico para “Piche”, pero observando la cara de
felicidad que tiene cuando ya estaba finalizando el Campeonato, nos podemos
imaginar el sensacional aguante físico y psíquico que posee, ya que si por él
hubiera sido, hubiera continuado bastantes kilómetros más.
In this picture, we can note the
elastic cord line totally tense that joins the APBT with the runner. The way of
working of
“Piche”, is
continually pulling Juan Miguel to help him to run more quickly. That requires
a great physical and psychic effort from “Piche”, but observing the happiness of his face when the
Championship was ending, we can imagine his sensational physical and
psychological endurance, since if he had been allowed, he would have continued
much more kilometres.

La acreditación de los títulos de Campeón o Champion
(CH), se
añadirán junto al nombre de aquellos American Pit Bull Terrier que consigan ganar en
competiciones Oficiales de MarathonPit, en las cuales, el titulo este en juego.
Los títulos de Campeón o Champion (CH), solo se podrán poner en
juego en competiciones Oficiales por la FIAPBT y que estas sean de ámbito
Nacional, Continental o del Mundo, pero no en competiciones de Comunidades o
Regiones.
La acreditación de los títulos de Sub Campeón o Sub
Champion (Sub CH), también se añadirán junto
al nombre de aquellos American Pit Bull Terrier que consigan la segunda
plaza en competiciones Oficiales de MarathonPit, en las cuales el titulo este
en juego. Los títulos de Sub Campeón o Sub Champion (Sub CH), al igual que en los
títulos de Campeón o Champion (CH), se añadirán igualmente junto al nombre del
APBT dentro de la base de datos genealógico de la FIAPBT.
The accreditation of the
titles of Champion (CH), will be added in the name of those American
Pit Bull Terrier
that would win in MarathonPit Official competitions, in which, the title is in
play. The Champion (CH) titles, only will be able to get in Official competitions
by the FIAPBT and that these
competitions must be National, Continental or the World scope, but not in
competitions of Communities or Regions.
The accreditation Sub
Champion (Sub CH) titles, also will be added in
the name of those American Pit Bull
Terrier that get the second place in Official MarathonPit
competitions, in which the title is in play. The Sub Champion (Sub CH)
titles, like the Champion (CH) titles, will be also
added in the name of the APBT within the FIAPBT
genealogical data
base.

En el supuesto que en una misma competición de
MarathonPit Oficial por la FIAPBT
este en juego dos o más títulos, el vencedor
absoluto de la competencia solo obtendría un título, el título que abarque
mayor territorialidad, quedando vacantes el resto de títulos para los
participantes que después del vencedor absoluto, mejor clasificación obtuvieron
en la misma competición.
Supposing that in a same
Official by the FIAPBT MarathonPit competition is in play
two or more titles, the absolute competition winner would obtain only one
title, the title that includes higher territoriality, being vacant the rest of
titles for the participants whom after the absolute winner, better classification
they obtained in the same competition.
Aday y “Red Kira” (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) disputando la
carrera, con Juan Miguel Marrero y Marrero´s “Piche”
(Lanzarote Team), los cuales vienen muy fuertes justo detrás de ellos.
Finalmente Juan Miguel Marrero y Marrero´s “Piche” lograron la segunda plaza del
podio con un estupendo tiempo de 11´19´´, consiguiendo de esta manera ser Campeones de España y Sub
Campeones de Europa del 2009.
Adrián Morán y su compañero “Hodo” al conseguir la tercera plaza del
pódio con un tiempo de 11´56´´, se proclamaron Campeones de Canarias y
Sub Campeones de España del 2009.

del American Pit Bull Terrier, viene fuerte y tomando muy buena nota de los
eventos actuales.

En el momento que a la FIAPBT, le fuera
posible y tuviera garantizado un
calendario con mayor número de competiciones de MarathonPit en la misma
temporada, la obtención de los títulos (CH y Sub CH) lo obtendrían, solo aquellos
American Pit Bull Terrier que sumen mayor número de puntos a modo liga, o sea,
los APBT que pusieran de manifiesto una mayor regularidad en competición en la
misma temporada, que el resto de APBT competidores.
In the moment that would
be possible with guarantees for the FIAPBT one calendar with more number of MarathonPit competitions
in the same season, for to obtain the titles (CH and Sub CH) would obtain it, only those American Pit Bull Terrier
that add more number of points in the competitions way, will be the APBT that
showed more competition regularity in the same season, that the rest of the opponents APBT.
Mariano y CH “Patches”
equipo número 1, en el justo instante de la llegada a meta en primera
posición con un sensacional tiempo de 10´54´´, obteniendo de esta manera el
titulo de Campeones de Europa 2009.
Mariano
reconoció, que si no hubiera sido por el enorme esfuerzo que su compañero de
equipo CH "Patches"
realizó para avanzar más deprisa, el resultado hubiera sido diferente sin lugar
a dudas, el merito de la victoria fue de CH “Patches”. Este animal demostró una vez más
su casta y clase para trabajar y realizar duros esfuerzos prolongados, con lo
que el titulo de Campeón de Europa conseguido en
este día, tan lejos de su tierra, lo tiene más que merecido y se lo lleva a
Madrid. Felicidades Campeones,
buen trabajo.
Mariano
and CH “Patches”, at the right moment of the arrival to goal in first
position with a sensational time of 10´54´´, obtaining this way the Champions of Europe 2009 title.
Mariano
recognized that if it had not been by the enormous effort that his teammate CH "Patches" realised the result
would have been different without doubt. Patches had all the merit of the
victory. This animal demonstrated its chaste once again and his aptitude to
work and to realise hard prolonged efforts, and so the title of Champion of Europe obtained in this day, so
far of his home, has been totally deserved for him and and
takes it to Madrid. Congratulations Champions, good
work.

Patronato de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Colmenar Viejo (Madrid), la idea de realizar una
espectacular carrera solidaria de MarathonPit a modo de exhibición para el domingo día 26 de Septiembre de 2010, para
recaudar fondos en beneficio de los niños de Colmenar
Viejo, dentro del Programa de Educación a través del deporte de esta localidad
Madrileña. En la FIAPBT, esperamos y deseamos ayudar en
todo lo que nos sea posible a estos chavales, en una manera divertida y
saludable para ellos.

The
FIAPBT is developing together
the Patronage of Sports of the City council of Colmenar Viejo (Madrid), the idea to
realise a spectacular solidarity MarathonPit race in exhibition way, for
2010, September 26 Sunday, in
order to collect money in benefit to the Colmenar Viejo children inside of the
Education Program through sport of this Madrilenian
locality. In the FIAPBT, we
hope and we wished to help in everything what it is possible to us to these
children, of a funny and healthful way for them.
En
la inscripción de los Campeonatos Oficiales del American Pit Bull Terrier, solo
se admiten APBT de pura raza, o sea, con su pedigree ADBA, el cual, debe
entregarse para su comprobación el mismo día de la carrera. No se admiten
fotocopias. Esta manera de actuar de la FIAPBT
se debe principalmente, para preservar la pureza de la raza y no llegue a extinguirse
(bastantes razas en los últimos 100 años, se han extinguido por no fijar
la pureza de raza), ante la gran cantidad de
perros que son vendidos como puros APBT sin serlo, evidentemente sin el
pedigree de la ADBA.
En el año 2000 la American Dog Breeders Association (ADBA), fue declarada Oficialmente por la FIAPBT como la Canina Madre del APBT en ámbito Internacional, para que de esta
manera, la ADBA fuera más valorada y
tenida más en cuenta por los aficionados y criadores de cualquier país, fijando
estos últimos sus respectivas crianzas en la pura raza. Con esta forma de
actuar por parte de la FIAPBT, se ha conseguido
generar mayor beneficio y protección hacia la pura raza American Pit Bull
Terrier, para disminuir las posibilidades de su extinción, a través de aquellos
perros que eran vendidos como puros APBT cuando realmente se trataban de perros
mestizos o incluso de otras razas. Hoy en día este tipo de fraude, ha disminuido
considerablemente en comparación a hace 10 años, habiéndose generado más
protección para prevenir las estafas a los aficionados y especialmente para
proteger la pureza de raza, o sea, para proteger a la raza en si misma para que
no desaparezca.
To enter in the Official American Pit Bull Terrier Championships , only pure breed APBT are admitted presenting
the Official pedigree (ADBA). The original document is required the same day
the Championship takes place. Photocopies are not admitted. This way of acting of the FIAPBT, is mainly for preserv the purity of the breed
and not will be extinguished (enough breed dogs in the
last 100 years, have been extinguished by not fix the purity in the breed), since there is a big number of
racially mixed dogs which are sold as pure APBT, obviously without
the ADBA pedigree.
In the year 2000, the American Dog Breeders Association (ADBA) was
declared Officially by the FIAPBT, like the APBT Canine Mother
in International scope, so that
the ADBA was valued and had more in consideration by the
fans and breeders of any country, fixing these
last his respective breedings in the pure breed. With
this form to act by the FIAPBT, has
been able to generate higher benefit and protection towards the pure breed dog
American Pit Bull Terrier in order to diminish the possibilities of its
extinction, through those dogs that were sold like pure
APBT when really they were mixed dogs or crossed dogs or even other breed dogs. Nowadays this kind of fraud, is considerably smaller in comparison to 10
years ago, having itself generated more protection to prevent
the swindles to the fans and especially to protect the pure breed, that is, to
protect to the breed in itself so that it does not disappear.

Asociación Canaria del American Pit Bull Terrier (ACAPBT),
ofreció una preciosa placa de Reconocimiento a Mariano Peinado (FIAPBT & IADCRO)
en
Reconocimiento al Gran trabajo, esfuerzo, dedicación y defensa incansable hacia
la raza canina American Pit Bull Terrier, desde hace 25 años sin
interrupciones. Este reconocimiento es uno de los que más cariño e ilusión le
hace de los reconocimientos que le han concedido en diferentes países, estando
muy agradecido, ya que es bastante difícil conseguir un reconocimiento de estas
características en tu propio país, según palabras del propio Mariano.
The Canary
Association American Pit Bull Terrier (ACAPBT), offered a precious plate
of Recognition to Mariano Peinado (FIAPBT & IADCRO) in Recognition to the Great work, effort, dedication
and the defense towards the breed dog American Pit
Bull Terrier, since 25 years ago without interruptions. This recognition is the one that more affection and
illusion does to him of recognitions which they have granted to him in
different countries, being been him thankful, since for to obtain a recognition
of these characteristics in your own country, is quite difficult, according to
words of the own Mariano.

acompañantes, el público asistente y todos los que allí nos dimos cita de una u
otra manera, pasamos un día inolvidable con nuestros perros, conociendo nuevos
amigos en un ambiente muy saludable y familiar.
En
la FIAPBT creemos
firmemente, que para demostrar el amor por una raza hay que estar para lo bueno
y para lo malo día tras día, como suele decirse “hay que estar a las duras y a
las maduras”.
The Championship of Europe 2009, has been a great success in all the senses, where the camaraderie and
the love by a breed dog were clear during all the day. All the runners,
his companions and the fans in where we spent unforgettable day with our dogs
and knowing new friends in a very familiar and healthful atmosphere.
In the FIAPBT we create firmly, that for demonstrate the love by a breed dog is
necessary to be for the good thing and the bad thing day
after day, as usually it is said “is necessary
to be with the APBT in the good times and also in the bad times”.

Governments of the countries that contemplate the BSL and in this way, to be considered.
Consequently to this last, we would have more possibilities so that the Law was
annulled or modified according to our request, in right terms for the dogs of
any breed or cross.

IADCRO y la FIAPBT agradecen mucho a todos sus representantes, miembros y
colaboradores, el esfuerzo tan importante que realizan en la difusión de todo lo relacionado con la defensa de las razas
discriminadas y haciendo todo lo que esta en su mano y dentro de sus
posibilidades, para conseguir los objetivos de esta justa causa, a pesar de las
trabas e inconvenientes que sufren en su contra, por parte de algunos que no
les gusta que aflore la verdad y lo justo. La
difusión de
la información de IADCRO, es lo que realmente nos da la fuerza para poder
presionar adecuadamente a los Gobiernos de los países que contemplan Leyes del
tipo
PPP o BSL y de esta manera, ser tenidos en
cuenta. Consecuentemente a esto último, tendríamos más posibilidades para que
la Ley fuera anulada o modificada conforme a nuestra petición, en términos
justos para los perros de cualquier raza o mestizo.

Podemos difundir, corriendo la voz a todos nuestros
contactos, a los medios de comunicación, en foros públicos de Internet (foros
de perros, animales, naturaleza, derechos humanos, etc.) y de todas las maneras
que se nos pueda ocurrir para difundir lo más eficazmente posible la
información que aparece en la Web de IADCRO, para intentar conseguir
humildemente la colaboración y ayuda que nos podrían aportar los aficionados y
amantes de los derechos de los animales. Sin esta colaboración y ayuda, la
situación no nos permitirá
adquirir la fuerza que necesitamos para conseguir el objetivo.
La
información con la que pueden comenzar a difundir sería por prioridades. En
estos momentos lo más urgente a difundir es lo de Venezuela, lo de Dinamarca por ser lo más actual, entonces esa es la
información con la que comenzaría a bombardear en mí difusión, después de esto
ya más tranquilamente, iría cogiendo más información de IADCRO siempre de la
